Eligibility: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom products, intimate goods, digital downloads, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

At this stage, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return your item for a refund and place a new order separately.
